Hello everyone. Please, help me I really need an advice !!!!!! Does any one know if electricals from US/Canada would requier a major update/change in order to work in OZ. I want to bring fridge, washer, dryer, TV to OZ from Canada. Do you know how much it would cost to change it to OZ specs so it would work down there. Please, help me with this... Sincerely, Sev.

I am pretty sure you cannot get them changed. AC power here in Australia is 240 volts the same as the UK where as north America is 110 volts. Unfortunately I think that means you have to replace everything Steve

Personally I wouldn't bother. We moved from Canada to England and left all electricals behind. Not worth it in my view.

We do 100v - 230v converting on appliances at our shop in the UK. Sadly the transformers and half the wiring have to be changed. I would for sure advise you will be better off purchasing new apps when you get to aus. Plus, you then have g,tees with htem too. ALl the best sparky
