does any one know what the process is for taking cars back to the UK and cost of this, or is it just less hassle and sell them in OZ

Everyone says it's more expensive to take them back ... and not to bother! Cars hold there value better in Perth than the UK, so you would get a good price for them, better than shipping them and then selling them later in the UK!

Also consider higher insurance premiums as the car will be classed as an import (even if it's the same model and spec as a UK sold one. For the same reasons, private re-sale of the vehicle will be much harder in the UK, and most UK dealers probably wouldn't want to take it off you as a part-ex either. KIEREN
