Hi Anyone have recommendations or otherwise on shower screen companies they have used? Also there's a coating that can be applied to the glass to apparently help the water run off better, any info greatly appreciated. Thanks Ruth

I used Rob White for a replacement shower screen last year, reasonable price, good service and workmanship. Phone number 0411 735 926.

Rain-X from car places like SuperCheap, Repco, and Auto-1 is equally as good if not better, and costs something like $7.95 for a bottle. Failing that, use spray on furniture polish, but needs to be the bee wax variety. Don't wipe it off hard though. You want a thin film left. Takes a bit of trial and error, but not hard. Used to use that as a cheap alternative to Rain-X on visors when I used to ride motorbikes in the UK winter. Also stops (or at least helps with) fogging/misting of mirrors - and visors! Nothing will be permanent, even the expensive 'proper' coatings, and so will need to be re-applied periodically. KIEREN
