Hi people we have just applied to re-locate to Perth,what sort of prices are 3 bedroom houses at the moment in decent suburbs/areas,also how does the cost of living compare with UK ie,food shopping,household bills etc? Thanks. Mez.

Hi Mez, What a question. 1. Check out for the house prices. House prices can differ significantly depending upon where you live, the size of your plot, the finish of the house etc. 2. The cost of living...... Well its no were near as cheap as living in the UK. It is expensive to live in Perth - no two ways about it. We have been here 4 years and the prices have shot up. The only thing not to jump up significantly is petrol. (Its increased but not by much) If cost of living is a concern best to stay where you are. :( However if you like the warmth, the sun and the ocean you really cannot do better. You have to weigh up what you want. Perhaps not must help but I am sure others will offer additional info. Hope all goes well for you
