After thinking about moving to Tasmania for nearly 10 years, we have now got the opportunity to do it and we don't know what to do. I really really want to move to Tasmania but my hubby now thinks its too far away. We had to wait on my hubbys parents both dying and now that has happened but my boys are now too old to come with us, they are 24 and 20. Hello Jacqui. Long time since we spoke. Hope your keeping well. You have spoken about this move for so long. Would the boys want to move over? It desn't sound like your husband is very happy about moving. It is a long way. But are your boys settled with work etc? As for 200,000 alot of people come with alot less and survive! We are living on the Gold coast. Melbourne was great, but too cold for us. We have been living in Oz 4 years in Feb. We are aussie citizens now. Still miss family back in the UK. Anyway you take care. Michelle

HI Michelle I can't believe its been 4 years since you moved. The kids must be so big now. The boys are now grown men with jobs and don't want to move, but I still do. Had really bad news though, Tasmania is no longer sponsoring people, but I really don't want to go any other place in Australia. We are coming over for 3 months next year for a rekkie, touring in a camper van, should be fun. Speak soon Jacqui
