|We used Anglo Pacific, so far they have been excellent.
Our container is still sailing accross the ocean so can only comment on the process back in the UK due to arrive around 18th Dec. Let me know if you want any further info.
We are from Witham, Essex so not far from you! |

|When we moved to Perth, we used Anglo Pacific in Oct 2008.
As we were in a rental here for a year, we didn't bother unpacking all the boxes.
When we did, we realized that small electrical items were missing - like a camcorder and an in-car DVD player. Anglo Pacific didn't help because of the time lapse.
I would therefore suggest checking all your boxes as soon after arrival as you can, just in case.

|We used Britannia, excellent service no items missing a couple broken but they paid out no problem. John Masons want use to have a second container when in fact it all fitted into one 20ft. They also wanted us to pay an insurance just incase the container had to be cleaned when it got to Australia. This is rubbish, they should be covered in their insurance, both Anglo and Britannia are. |
