Is anyone aware of (or have) a rental available near to the Osborne Park area from the beginning to middle of September please?
We are a family of 4 I have a daughter (aged 19) and son (aged 7) and will be looking for a 3 or 4 bed rental from the beginning of September.
I have secured employment with an employer based in Osborne Park so will be looking for any suitable rentals within easy access to that that area please.
From what I can gather the following suburbs are where I am looking at :
Karringup, Stirling, Mount Hawthorn, Inaloo, Double View, Edgewater, Wembley, City Beach, Scarborough, Woodlands, Wembley Downs, Mount Lawley, Joondanna, Inglewood, Tuart Hill and Coolvinia.
(If anybody in that area can advise me of any other suitable suburbs I would very much appreciate it). And good Primary Schools in that area?
I was looking further up i.e. Connelly and Currambine but I just feel it may be too far everyday to travel when I have a start time of 8.30 am.
Ideally I am looking for a suburb which as easy acess to Osborne Park, good schools, and easy access for my daughter to get to Edith Cowan Mount Lawley Campus.
Hope anybody can help me with this please? Or know of any Real Estate Agencies it maybe worth me contacting?

|Edgewater is also too far if you won't consider Connolly & Currambine. Also if you think Connolly is out of your price range then the suburbs you mention are a lot more expensive. Commuting from Joondalup is fine, thousands of people up this way do it. If you drove down the coast instead of the freeway you can save a lot of time. |

The area's you suggest are all fine for access to Osbourne Park and ECU but as Marshy said they are quite pricey as you are nearer to city or coast, especially if you are thinking of buying eventually. Have you thought maybe about Greenwood, Kingsley, Duncraig all of which are a bit further north, all with good facilities and schools and still within 30mins in rush hour traffic of O Park? Morley is a bit further inland but has good access. Madeley, Lansdale are new housing estates again with good access as you can get to ECU via Alexander Rd, it is a straight through run, you could also get to OP that way too and avoid the jam on freeway although you will have traffic lights to contend with!!
Have a look at reiwa.com.au there is a rental section on there where you can see what sort of price they are in the area's you are thinking of and then you can compare.
Hope that helps.

You are joking?!?!
I travel from Banksia Grove (further north and east) to the city everyday for a 7:30 start latest.
It's really not that hard.....or that far.
