Can anybody please advise me its my partners aunties 80th birthday in a few days and we would like to take her out to a really nice restaurant, she lives in Edgewater.
Because I am so new to the area can anybody please advise me of any good restaurants or eateries please. I am not sure she would be into curry and chinese.
Any ideas would be very much appreciated.

|Hippo Creek in Hillarys is good for meat and lots of it, or the restaurant above the boat pub for something a bit more sophisticated.
For something a bit posher subiaco, the city or the swan valley.|

What about Trigg Island - lovely food but you do need to book - not the cheapest but hubby says their steak is fab.

|There is a nice old colonial style pub/restaurant in Yanchep National Park overlooking the lake.

|As Jim says, try Yanchep Inn.
The food is excellent and there's some nice walking areas to burn off the extra calories afterwards. Nice beer garden too.
The entrance is through the Nation Park entrance gates, but go after 5:00pm and the barriers are left up but there's no charge.... :o)
And then you also get to see the Koala area for free too!
