Please see below a recent email I sent to Tesco UK.
It appears the the more requests they get from us to deliver to Oz, the more chance we have of them doing it.
Please bombard them with emails
I'm sorry to say that at the moment we don't ship goods to Australia, I am very sorry for any disappointment this will cause.
Our International Shipping service is still quite new and the countries included are all areas we have had high volumes of requests to ship to so it may be something we do in the future. If this is the case, please be assured it will be advertised on the website. I have passed your interest on to our Business Support team.
