Well Anglo Pacific have now been too. Shaun was really nice and Harry has now dumped the PSS teddy as he now has an Anglo Pacific rugby ball!!! Again, this guy was really good. Very professional didn't try the hard sell and basically gave us the facts about what they do and what they can offer. They both differed slightly on the cubic feet required but weren't a million miles away from each other. The 3rd company we booked have cancelled as the guy is off sick so they are now coming on Thursday but to be honest I was really pleased with both companies this morning and would be happy and confident in using either of them. We have an office based contact with Anglo Pacific too called Rhys who has been amazing. It doesn't seem to matter how silly a question I think I have to ask he is always on hand and nothing is too much trouble. He is from New Zealand himself and has lived in Australia so he's been good at offering 'real' advice not just text book advice which I think is very helpful. Just got to wait and see what the quotes are now - and will probably need a glass (or bottle!!) of wine when I read them!!!

Well, the first appointment of 3 has been and gone. Think he was pleased to be finished as Harry had harassed him from start to finish with offerings of fish, bread, peppers, porridge, birthday cake and a glass of wine! - All out of his toy kitchen!!! But the guy won the kids over with the PSS teddy bears he gave them! They are so easily pleased!

Darren from PSS was very good. They seem to offer a very good service and seem to care about what they are doing with your things which is quite nice to know when your having to give someone all your worldly goods to move to the other side of the world. Very professional and feel I could trust them so will just have to wait and see what the others say and then compare the quotes when we get them.

On another note, our agent emailed this morning to confirm that the ASPC do have our state sponsorship approval and she will have a further update for us by end July.
