Had another visit to A & E a few weeks ago, this time Mason! He fell off the slide at the playground and has broken his foot. He has been potted up for the past 3 weeks but luckily he gets it off for christmas. It never rains in the Burdon household!!!

Morning all - That means I wont be able to put my sun terrace on my roof then eh, Mick not mentioned anything but he is a bloke after all lol - I wondered why he kept going on the roof so much hahaha
Glad you meeting new friends what with our friends leaving and everything else we have not had chance to catch up with you. We are free on Saturday if you want to get together for a few glasses of wine, let me know.
Jordan not letting me forget for one minute that he has a pot on his arm, going back to hospital next Wednesday so hoping that will be the end of it.
Your new dog is really sweet, she came straight up to me and I picked her up not knowing she had stitches! Mum will have to get some skates to keep up with her cos she will be escaping whenever she gets chance. Not too sure what she will think of Blue, I hope he does not knock her around too much, hopefully she will be able to stick up for herself.
Speak soon, take care - Sharron x

My eldest son Jordan came home last night with a pal after spending a few hours in the local skate park. He was holding his arm and said he had fallen off his skateboard, not a great deal we could have done last night (plus we had had too much to drint - I know I am a bad mother - lol) so gave him pain killers and he sat with an ice pack on for the rest of the evening. He slept throught the night and this morning he said it was a little better but when it came to getting dressed he could not manage so I thought it would be best to get it checked out. He had an xray but that did not show anything broken but dr said that they do not alway show up and going by his examination there was a good chance he had broken his hand, advised to pot it for a week and then re-xray. I know I am going to have an eventful week, he will really play on it - typical fella hahaha.
My first experience with Joondalup hospital was great, professional and friendly. I was also unsure whether I had to pay or not. They say they bill Medicare direct so we did not have to pay anything - phewww!
Looking forward to a long, drawn out week - lol (only joking Jordan) xxx
